In 1921, Applied Power Products began supplying products to support the agricultural industry. Pathfinder® Plus Supreme

High ultimate strength, low elongation and the highest oil resistance in the industry combine to provide the most abuse resistant grain handling belt in the industry.

• Pathfinder Plus Supreme has exceptionally low electrical resistance of one megohm or less far below Federal OSHA and ISO standards of 300 megohms.

• Pathfinder Plus Supreme meets or exceeds the US MSHA/RMA 30 CFR 18.65 requirement for flame resistance.

Interior Lining

InstaGrip® ceramic tile delivers an instant bond with a 1 second cure time. Simply peel and stick the tile in place and be back up and running immediately.

Grain Conveyor Belt Accessories

Fasteners & Rivet Fasteners

Fasteners & Rivet Fasteners used in grain applications must be non-sparking. Applied Power Products offers the industry proven Flexco® Everdur® non-sparking bolt plate and rivet fasteners for conveyor applications and the Vise Splice for bucket elevator applications. These are in stock and can be shipped with your belt.

Is your belt torn or ripped? The Wedlock fastener will get your facility up and running quickly. Scrapers, cleaners and plows are also available

Buckets & Hardware
Tapco, Tiger-Tuff, 4-B and Tandem buckets are readily available. All materials includingPolyethylene, Urethane, Nylon, Metal, Slo-Speed and bottomless are available in standard and low profile configurations. Hardware is in stock for immediate shipment with belt or cups.

PVGE Grain

This versatile heavy duty belt provides excellent service for conveyor or bucket elevator applications. The interwoven fabric allows flexibility around smaller pulleysand the low temp flexibility to -20°F is suitable for use in all climates.

Cleated Belt

Grain being conveyed up an incline greater than 10° -12° normally requires a belt with cleats. The 1/4" tall chevron ribs form an integral part of the top cover, resisting tear out and maintaining their extra gripping ability throughout the life of the belt. The interlocking rib pattern enables the belt to run smoothly on the return side, creating less noise and reducing damage caused by vibration. This belt is normally provided with1/8 x 1/16 covers. Any width, compound, PIW or cover gauges available… Just ask!

UHMW Sheet / Drag Paddles

UHMW Polyethylene is a low cost, high abrasion, impact, and chemical resistant material. Some applications include: drag conveyor flights, liners, belt cleaners, and enclosed belt conveyor slider return bed. Applied Power Products offers the following specs in 4 ft. wide x 10 ft. long sheets:
